Sticky chocolate pudding

This gluten free pudding is decadent and comforting at the same time, sweet but with every bite you know it is, delicious, healthy, comforting and good for you. Soul and body.

Ingredients

½ cup Almond Flour
½ cup coconut Flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
100 ml peanut butter
50 ml cocoa powder
¾ cup milk
¼ cup sugar or coconut sugar
Pinch of salt
Chocolate sauce:
½ cup sugar or coconut sugar
5 ml vanilla
½ cup cocoa powder
300 ml water

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C
Sift the flours, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa powder together. Mix the peanut butter and milk into the dry ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve with the chocolate sauce and cream.
For the chocolate sauce:
Mix all the ingredients and microwave for 5 minutes or until thicken.
This sauce is so good over ice cream as well.
