Red Wine Popsicles

You might think this is super weird, but let me tell you this is my favourite recipe so far this year.  I absolutely love this and you will impress all of your guests with this. It is a no fuss super easy recipe.



1 cup water

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of frozen berries, I used cranberries

2 cups of Delheim’s Grand Reserve



In a saucepan, heat the water and the sugar until the sugar dissolves and the mixture just begins to simmer. Add the cranberries and wine and let it boil for 5 minutes. Drain the wine mixture and pour into Popsicle molds and let them cool and then freeze them for 3 – 4 hours or until solid.
