Plum cocktail with apricot syrup & MCC

Cocktails shouts out summer! There are so many different options, I must say this one is one of my favourits

Ingredients

1 cup of fresh apricots, chopped
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
Slices of fresh plums
Rosemary
MCC

Instructions

Place the apricots, water and sugar into a sauce pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until the apricots are soft and the syrup sticky. Let it cool

In a glass pour 2 teaspoons of the apricot syrup and top with the MCC.  Garnish with fresh slices of plum and rosemary.
