Keto friendly seed and nut mix

I have just started my keto journey, I am on day 5 today. I made this seed and nut mix over the weekend, and I loved it with double cream Greek yogurt. You can sprinkle this mix over salads, roasted chicken or over a baked camembert.


½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup flax seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 cup mix nuts without peanuts
½ cup coconut flakes
2 teaspoons cinnamon
80 ml coconut oil
80 ml water
1 teaspoon honey or stevia
1 teaspoon salt


Pre-heat oven to 200C.
Mix all the ingredients and let it stand for 15 minutes.
Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and roast for 10-20 minutes until golden brown.
