Keto flapjacks with yogurt

I must admit this isn’t like the flapjack’s I used to know, but it is also so good, full of goodness and tastes yummy with double cream Greek yogurt and Nutbutter.


2 cups almond flour
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs
10 ml xylitol
½ cup plain yogurt


Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together.
Mix the eggs, xylitol and yogurt in a mixing bowl and add to the dry ingredients. Mix it well.
Melt butter in frying pan and bake the flapjacks until golden brown.
Serve with yogurt, berries and/or nutbutter.
