Chocolate Smoothie bowl

This can be eaten as a smoothie bowl with lots of toppings, or you can loosen it with a little extra water and divide it between glasses. I make these for my kids and they love it.



1 cup of milk or almond milk
2 tablespoons cacao
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons nut butter
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger


Blend all these ingredients together until smooth, stir through 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds.
Adjust the consistency by adding a little extra water if you like.
