This milkshake isn’t your traditional chocolate milkshake; it is better and healthier than it sounds. It is rich and so smooth and my kids doesn’t even know it is healthy and packed with goodness, but it tastes totally unhealthy.
½ ripe avocado
1 banana, peeled
1 cup of milk or almond milk
3 medjool dates, pitted
1 tablespoon cacao powder
Put everything into a blender and blitz until smooth.
