¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut or almond milk
¼ – ½ teaspoon of stevia liquid (depends on how sweet you like it).
3 passion fruit’s pulp
Mix the milk and the stevia.
Soak the chia seeds in this mixture for 1 hour.
Spoon layers of the chia mixture and the passion fruit pulp and enjoy just like that or with some double cream Greek yogurt and some nuts.
