Breakfast Balls

Ingredients

1 cup oats
1 cup coconut flakes
½ cup oh Mega’s smooth peanut butter
½ cup Crede’s almond flour
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup pitted dates, soaked in boiling water for 20 minutes and drained well.
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until combined.
Roll them into balls and let them set a bit.

Notes

I use these little energy balls for my kiddies lunch boxes or grab one on my way out when I don’t have time for breakfast. The best of all is it is healthy!!
